Terms & Condtions

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website and placing your order. By ordering products from the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Do not use the Website unless you wish to be bound by these Terms because, by continuing to use any part of the Website, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

Prices & Delivery Charges

1. The prices shown on the Website are stated in Malaysian Ringgit(MYR) and exclude delivery charges.

2. Our delivery charges will be stated in the checkout page accessible while ordering a product.

3. In addition to delivery charges may apply import duties, tariffs and similar fees that may be imposed by the delivery destination (“Import Duties”).

4. You will be fully responsible for paying all applicable Import Duties directly to the relevant authority (and for reclaiming them in the event of a cancellation or return, to the extent permitted under this Terms) as determined by the authorities of the delivery destination, and This Toothbrush shall have no responsibility or liability in connection with the foregoing.

5. If you failed to pay Import Duties, or refused to accept your order not in accordance with a due cancellation procedure under these Terms, in each case resulting with the order being returned or need to be returned, then you may be liable for the return delivery costs and may not be reimbursed or refunded for delivery costs paid by you for making the delivery to you. We may also charge you with additional direct or indirect charges resulting from said failure or refusal. We may, if that is in accordance with these Terms, reimburse and refund you for the cost of the order, but not the Import Duties which may or may not be reimbursable by the relevant authority.

6. Where you order multiple products, you will only be charged one delivery charge and for the Import Duty of one parcel.

Payments

1. Payment for your products must be made in one go by credit card (Visa, Matercard) or Paypal.

2. Full payment of the price, including shipping costs and any additional charges for services ordered by you, will be debited from your credit card or Paypal account, after checking the availability of the products ordered, at or shortly before the products are shipped to you. We will only deliver the products to you if your payment is effective.

Effects of Cancellation

1. Please bear in mind that in case you cancel all or part of your purchase, the Import Duties that we have paid to receive the order won’t be reimbursed, but the Import Duties to be paid for returning the purchase will be paid by us.

   If, as a result of unnecessary handling by you, the value of the goods is reduced, then we are entitled to make a deduction from the reimbursement to take into account any such reduction.

   Your refund will be processed and paid no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive the returned products from you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back from you, or you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back (whichever is the earliest).

   Your refund will be paid using the same method of payment as was used by you to pay for the order.

Item Availability

1. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, price and availability of our products on the websites and cancelling an order is the last thing we want to do. The most common reasons for cancellation are if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or if a product or price is incorrectly listed. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is cancelled. For any questions about a cancelled order, please contact our team.
